Olympic Weightlifting
We offer a 10 week weightlifting program written and tested by Coach Brian. The goal of this cycle is to improve Olympic Weightlifting proficiency and overall strength. This is for athletes who have the flexibility and capability to perform a full snatch and full clean and jerk. If you struggle to get into these positions. We can discuss other options.
5 days a week

Ladies Small Group Strength Class
This strength based class led by coach Sally meets Tuesday and/or Thursdays 6:30-7:30am. This class focuses exclusively on strength building and is designed for all levels of women to get comfortable lifting heavy weights in a supportive environment and gain foundational strength which can help support outdoor adventures/other sports as well as longevity and overall health.
*This class is a small group program that runs in six week cycles throughout the year with a limited number of spots available for each cycle. Please contact sshurbaj@gmail.com for more information.
